The Program team is responsible for organising the panels, workshops and other activities that define ACYA, with the aim of broadening delegate’s knowledge and understanding of the Australia-China space.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in:

  • Curating and developing a panel and support other officers panels;

  • Collaborating on the workshop;

  • Organising the program portion of the gala and networking evening;

  • Reaching out to potential speakers and be the first point of contact for VIPs;

  • Liaising with speakers and follow up in a timely manner;

  • Ensuring program is consistent with ACYA’s image and of the highest quality; and

  • Preparing run-sheet.
