ACELS Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for playing a leading role in creating, designing and curating the agenda of ACELS. The program should be in line with ACYA’s theme for the conference as well as our values. The Program Manager will share regular meetings with the Events Director and National President and work alongside the Delegates, Operations, Partnerships and Communications Directors.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the Program team to:

  • Curate themes and topics for five panels;

  • Reach out to potential speakers and be the first point of contact for VIPs;

  • Liaise with speakers and follow up in a timely manner;

  • Design, refine and test two workshops for the ACELS delegates;

  • Ensure program is consistent with ACYA’s image and of the highest quality; and

  • Preparation of run-sheets and timetables in collaboration with other managers.
