ACELS19 Officer Recruitment is Now Open

We are now recruiting Volunteer Officers (aged 18–35) to join the 2026 ACELS19 Brisbane Project Team.

As an Officer, you will work closely with Directors and the National Team to deliver one of ACYA’s flagship Australia–China youth leadership summits. This volunteer role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in event operations, content development, partnerships, and media communications, while working with a diverse, international team.

Role Overview
• Content Officers will develop panels, interviews, and workshops, shaping the intellectual and discussion framework of ACELS19.
• Operations Officers will manage conference logistics and on-site coordination, ensuring a smooth and high-quality delegate experience.
• Partnerships Officers will support sponsor and partner engagement. Brisbane-based candidates are preferred, with strong English and Chinese communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and confidence in external liaison.
• Media Officers will design digital posters and visual assets, and manage bilingual content across Instagram, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and WeChat, supporting ACELS19’s public presence.
• Delegates Officers will manage delegate applications, respond to their queries and develop the delegate handbook
