Vice President of Events
Hello everyone, I'm Yuqing Zhao 赵钰青, you can call me Crystal. Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Events at ACYA and sit on the board, and in 2024 I was Partnerships Director. With eight years of experience living and studying in Australia, my journey has been marked by both academic pursuits and deep involvement in volunteer work. Starting with the Griffith Chinese Student Association Gold Coast, I organized various student activities, fostering a sense of community. Upon relocating to the Northern Territory, I continued my dedication, facilitating connections between international students and the local community, with a focus on promoting understanding of Indigenous culture. Alongside my academic endeavors, which include a Master's degree in Teaching from Charles Darwin University and undergraduate studies in International Tourism and Hotel Management at Griffith University, I've actively participated in numerous large-scale events, driven by my passion for strengthening Australia-China relations and fostering collaboration between our nations.
