ACYA is always looking for the talented youth in the Australia-China space to take up the helm of Australia’s only youth administered NGO actively seeking to promote and develop the Australia China bilateral relationship. ACYA is also proud to be directly involved as a member of the Australian Government’s New Colombo Plan Steering Committee.
Since its inception in 2008, ACYA’s National Executive has included members from a diverse set of backgrounds, including, but not limited to New Colombo Plan scholars, Prime Minister’s Endeavour Awards scholars, Chinese Government Scholarship recipients, Australian Law Award recipients and a Sir John Monash scholar. Executives have come from a variety of young professional / student backgrounds in business, government and academia and various industries, each bringing with them the perspectives and experience that have helped to make ACYA the leader in youth administered NGOs that it is today.
